Having just set up a premier acct., do payments go into ones listed bank acct. or into the designated credit card that I used for perchases thru paypal? My daughter is getting into selling and she just had her first sale and I don't see anything explaining how the sellers money is deposited.

if you've already gone through the bank account setup, then you have the option to electronically transfer funds into the bank account or pay them something like a buck 50 and they'll mail you a check.
at the menu at the top click on "My Account" and then in the submenu click on "Withdraw" (after you have money in the paypal account) and a list of options will come up. the first is to transfer electronically to your bank account.
if you havent set up the bank account with it yet, you might wanna do so. it takes a few days to verify with the way they do it. you cant just type in your account number and have them send money to it, you actually have to get a deposit from them then report back to them how much it was for (usually between a cent and a dollar) to ensure you actually own the account. not sure if you've done that part yet. if you havemt, a check is your only option.

If you have the card for your premier account you can also use it at an atm and get cash.
Also, if you transfer money to your bank account, don't expect it right away. Their system takes 3 to 5 days to make the transfer.

Paypal has always been kind of shady in my opinion. The ONE and ONLY time I ever used paypal, they didn't give me an actual PRINTED check for six weeks. The really screwy thing is that about a year later, I got a letter from paypal telling me NOT to cash the check and that they were crediting my account in the original amount of the check. Of course, by that time, I had cashed the check and spent the money. By their records, I still "have" $50. Anyway, I haven't touched paypal with a 20,000 foot pole since and told people not to use it.

Paypal is really screwy. I have lost money as a result of using it.
As long as you pay with your credit card and are buying something, you are fine though.

I'd stay away from the service, I hear bad stories about it.

Funny I should read this, I was about to go set up my account in 10 minutes. I'm just planning on using Paypal as a way to accept Credit Cards, people go to my website, pay via credit, then Paypal transfers the money to my bank account. Any shady stories in this way? I know plenty of people who use Paypal who are really impressed with it. Now I'm not so sure...
is there any other easy way I can accept credit cards?
