This video is way too cool. It's amazing what is being done with miniaturization these days.

Reminds me of my paragliding days.

I spent many hours soaring with hawks along ridge lines and chasing goats down steep mountainsides. :)

Very cool. Beautiful bird. Now, if you could just control its flight, think of the military possibilities for reconnaissance...

i am so ★■◆●ing sick and tired of movies being imbedded into flash. so i can't save them.

Roid just go into your internet temp folder to get the files. Iâ??ve all ready cut and pasted these files to another part of my hard drive.

Edit: Or are you talking about extracting the movie its self from the flash file.

I'll send you the files then. PM me another e-mail address if you have one. I don't think your hotmail account has enough space for 6 flash movies.

oh i'd better add my bit in too...

cool vids. i watch this show every sunday night with the family, it's on free to air tv.
mmm british sunday documentarys.

i think the last one i saw had this desert spider at night thumping it's feet to use echo-location in the sand, to find it's way via landmarks (grass tufts etc). it couldn't see ★■◆●. amazing.

I actually really liked the video embedded into Flash. You didn't have to worry about if you had the right player, whatnot. It was really nice.

I wonder how much one of those cameras costs....

i'm wondering the same thing, imagine what you could do with it. put one on a paper airplane :D.

it's so complete, batterys and everything (we assume).

I have soooo many uses for something like that..... ;)

And seriously, in the name of science too, just imagine where you could put that thing to get a view, like Roid said, on a paper airplane, or even on some remote control car. You could do stuff like mount it on the front of a car to get some pretty cool shots. Meh who knows I would have so much fun with that. If it's under a grand I might go get one...

The eagle always carried a little pack on his belly or his back. I reckon it's the battery...

or mount 2, and have stereovision.
