I was cleaning my harddrive out and I found this picture of John at a Lan that I had at my house Sometime in 2002. I never realized I had it when people were asking for pictures of him. I gave other ones that I had but not this one. I figured I would post it up so people could see John doing what he loved.

I was fortunate enough to meet him at a Suncoast LAN in Tampa. Quite possibly the nicest person I've ever met. I was shocked to hear about it when he passed away. Very sad and he will always be missed by me.

John died of a heart attack at the 2003 califest.
He was standing in the parking lot saying goodbye on sunday after the fest when he suddenly collapsed.
He never regained conciousness.

I used to relish playing games with him in it, I knew there were good players and that it would be a challenging game yet loads of fun.
Cant count the times J-oh's typin made me laugh.
I missed him.

Didn't someone organize a 21 mass driver salute to him?
Anyone have the video of this?

I didn't know him but it is always unfortunate when members of the community leave us. Having known a couple from the descent community on kali it is never easy.

Has it been that long already?
I never actually met the guy, but he seemed like a really nice person in IRC. RIP buddy.
