Considering they have Visual Studio .NET Enterprise Architect 2003 for $130 and the cheapest on pricewatch starts at $400 and goes up from there, I'd be a little wary.

I'd stay away from it. Those prices are too good to be true. You see that Windows XP Pro + Office XP Pro OEM for $80? NewEgg sells Windows XP Pro OEM for $143, and they're known for good deals. I wish it were possible to get some of that stuff that those prices, but it's just not. I get spam e-mails advertising software for those kind of prices all the time.
By the way, where did Office XP come from? I thought the newest one was Office 2003.

Office XP came out at the same time as WinXP office 2003 came out a little bit after 2003 Sever

Q: How can you sell this software so cheap? It seems to good to be true - is there a catch?
A: There is no catch - the software versions that we sell are OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) which means you will receive the installation CDs only (they do not come in their original retail packing and do not include the manual). We do guarantee that all programs are the 100% full working retail versions - no demos or academic versions. When you order, you will receive all materials required for a complete installation - or your money back. Why should you pay hundreds of dollars more if you can get exactly the same product but much cheaper? You don't have to pay that much for the fancy box and manuals.
This software is recognized as a backup software.

but, stress got it right.
for the price of a CDR, thats a fair bit of profit if someone falls for it, in addition to your CC info.

Aye. Even if the price is higher, I'd rather shop from a name I trust.
