D3 won't pick up the hat switch on my thrustmaster top gun on either 2.4 or 2.6 kernels.

I know the switch works because a "cat /dev/js0" dumps data out when I move the hat switch.

Any suggestions would be greatly apprecieated!

Don't post in this forum unless you have an update to the D3 1.5 vaporware saga. It's cruel to tease us like that!

Linux see's the hat switch as a second joy stick enable and configure joy2 for the hat.
