System Management Bios Driver

In my device manager I've got an exclamatin mark next to my Microsoft Management BIOS Driver.

Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)

Any thoughts on how to get this working again?

Have you tried installing drivers for your motherboard chipset?
