I already know the "no" vote was Hillary, since Chertoff was involved in some sort of legal action against her or Bill (Whitewater? Impeachment?) No clue who the 11 are, though.
EDIT:
The AP wrote: Chertoff, of New Jersey, is a former assistant attorney general at the Justice Department and in the mid-1990s was Republican counsel for the Senate committee that investigated the
Whitewater affair involving former President Bill Clinton and his wife, Hillary.

We should care why? With 88 supporters, this confirmation was anything but controversial, and the nessecity to vote was anything but there.

It's funny that, with all the stink about him, the vote was a non-issue. And ROFL at Hillary.

I motion to have every mention of the word "Hillary" replaced with "Crazy Lady."

Not that I am defending her, becuase I agree with Zoop on this one, but she would hardly be the first politician to hold a grudge and let it affect her vote. Lighten up.

Well since you all didn't pick up on it, one of the missing 11 is none other than John "Freaking" Kerry. I wonder where the truant was this time?

Most of us aren't as fixated with Kerry as you are chip. It is easy to see how we could have missed it.

How about if we replace Hillary with 'hilarity'??

Dissent: Much like many have learned to replace "Hannity" with "Inanity".
If there's one thing I can't stand it's loudmouths with nothing to say. Unfortunately, Hillary represents my state in Congress. Hannity merely represents my hometown in the public forum. Wait, it's lose-lose.

How about we just call her Billary?
