I need one for my racing games.
Since my wife is losing her job in 2 weeks and I'm in school, I can't afford to buy one.
So, who's donating $$?

What's the rate of return on this prospective investment?

i'll buy you one buddy.
but i'm a little disappointed, you'd figure for 30 grand the graphics would be a little more realistic. that looks like something off a play Station 1, not even 2 but a ps1. I dunno maybe i just feel my money should buy better.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think that the games he's playing are already in existence. In the Nascar one, I noticed product logos on the wall, which a small project like this wouldn't be able to purchase a license for. I think the thirty thousand just covers the actual product, which you then provide your own games for.

The games were Live For Speed, NASCAR and I think a MOD for Formula 1 Championship.

I want to build something similar to that. Only, it would have 360° rotation, instead of just up/down and sideways up/down movement. It would also move up and down, but also rotate, so you'd have to wear airplane seatbelts. And it would have a closed cockpit, with viewscreens all around you, not just in front. And you could play Descent on it. Or any type of flight sim. And there'd be a thousand more of them, in a giant gaming arcade mall. All linked together. Yea, that's what I want to build.

hangon... i'm trying to figure this force-dynmaics thing out more. it says it has 3 degress of movement, but how does it YAW?
i don't think it can. i think it's 3 degrees of movement are 2 rotations: pitch and roll.
but the 3rd axis of movement is HEIGHT, it can quickly pump the entire chair up or down.
anyone agree?
