I saw 5 copies of the dual jewel D3 at the Post Exchange by my house for $1.50 each. Are they still making these?

I have about 13 copies of D3 (in the snazzy blue triple-pyro European boxes) which I've been collecting over the years.. if I see any anywhere, I buy 'em. Simple as that
They aren't usually that expensive when I find them... most expensive one was £7 ($11).
