Convert firefox internet files to something a bit more usable? ... like the files they were hosted as?

I did a quick search and will keep doing so, but I just wanted to touch base here and see if anyone knew.

Found a way to view the files and access them : "about:cache" in the address bar, but this does not let you sort the files.

so you are trying to retrieve pr0n you can not find the link back to?

you'r next best thing may be the spiderzilla firefox plugin.

it allows you to save entire webpages to your HDD, incl all files and directory structures.

btw Duper, if you do find a way on your own, touch base here again and tell us. i'd really like a more usable way to organise firefox's cache too.

No bubba, I don't do porn. My system is in the living room where my family is most of the time. I used it to grab flash and quicktime clips that I have viewed and like. "Ninjai" being one of them.

Roid. the best way I've found thus far is clearing the cache in FF's tools area then reloading what it is I want to extract. Much easier to find. It's a PITA but it works for now. I'll keep digging.

On thier forums, the standard answer is "about:cache" and not much else.
