Style of entertaining (when/if you have a party): smoke grass, get drunk, write stupid songs (boys). deal with it (girls).

Music (type and importance; just listen to or play an instrument?): been playing since i was 11. writer, guitar, vocals, bass, some keyboards... most respects the pre-digital age "because you had to bring it".

Sports (type and importance; play any? big fan of?): favorite sport is football (soccer), love to watch hockey live.

Style of entertaining (when/if you have a party): put out a huge roast, play D&D-style games, and talk a lot
Any special medical needs: no, but my dad is in a wheelchair, and I'd like for him to be able to visit me.

Music (type and importance; just listen to or play an instrument?): I used to play clarinet, and wouldn't mind picking it back up. Wife is a pianist. I love to listen to music of all sorts - rap, rock, classical, a little bit of techno, etc.

Sports (type and importance; play any? big fan of?): Like watching basketball, hockey, and football (in that order). I prefer watching teams I care about -- those from Denver (where I grew up), mostly.

Any other special needs: I like to have workspace for building odd geometric constructions. I'd also love to have a room where all the walls are whiteboards, where I could immerse myself in calculations.

Pets (type and importance): 3 cats. Extremely important. I consider a home without animals to be empty.
Music (type and importance; just listen to or play an instrument?): Used to play Soprano, Alto, and Bass clarinet, and obe. Also sang barritone in Jazz ensemble. Music is very important to me. I currently listen to most types of rock, blues, jazz, and classical.

Just re-reading everyone's replies and deciding what to use, very good stuff. Just to be fair, here's mine:
