Newest 'critical' update for Windows
;833407]http://support.microsoft.com/default.as ... LN];833407
"This item updates the Bookshelf Symbol 7 font included in some Microsoft products. The font has been found to contain unacceptable symbols."
Two different versions of a swastika and the Jewish 6-point star are in there. Critical update? heh.

Good one.
Latest critical update is this tho:
M$ Security Bulletin MS04-007
"A security vulnerability exists in the Microsoft ASN.1 Library
that could allow code execution on an affected system. The
vulnerability is caused by an unchecked buffer in the Microsoft
ASN.1 Library, which could result in a buffer overflow.
An attacker who successfully exploited this buffer overflow
vulnerability could execute code with system privileges on an
affected system. The attacker could then take any action on the
system, including installing programs, viewing data, changing
data, deleting data, or creating new accounts with full privileges.
[..]
Severity Rating:
Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 -- Critical
Microsoft Windows NT Server 4.0 Terminal Server Edition -- Critical
Microsoft Windows 2000 -- Critical
Microsoft Windows XP -- Critical
Microsoft Windows Server 2003 -- Critical"

Anybody know if this actually included the Nazi swastika (all 45 degree lines), or just the Hindu (IIRC) symbol (all vertical/horizontal lines) that the Nazi's defiled?
Yay newspeak. As soon as you eliminate the ability to talk about the worst attrocities in your history, you doom yourself to that and worse.
Not to mention eliminating the star of david.... if that's true, how can they possibly get away with calling that 'innappropriate'?

I think the 'patch' removes the font entirely. I copied this version before installing the patch, since I figured it might do that.
Install to your Fonts folder, then open charmap to view. Not sure if this font comes with XP or not.
