Fixed the bug causing the overly sensitive joystick (leading to the ship almost being uncontrollable with a joystick). This was due to some wrong deadzone handling, which also lead to erroneous deadzone values when leaving and restarting d2x-w32.

In the course of this update, I have also removed all debug output to d2x_log.txt and stdout.txt created by d2x-w32 when -debug was specified.

so far so good man. I've discovered the joystick handling isn't linear. I can pull the stick just bit over to one side and hit maximum turn rate when the joystick sensitivity slider is more than one tick from the left.
