Good relativity textbook?
Good relativity textbook?
I have decided that I clearly don't know enough about quantum theory- anyone know of a good textbook out there on the subject? I'm looking for something that's relatively easy to read, yet doesn't water it down to layman's terms.
A basic primer about explaining the universe.
Quantum Mechanics is the science of the microverse(sub-atomic pariticles and forces).
Relativity is the scicence of macroverse.
Relativity doesn't apply to to the microverse.
Quantum Mechanics is about shades of gray, in no particular order, whereas Relativity is pretty black and white.
Trying to find info about quantum mechanics and asking for a book on relativity is a good way not to really get anywhere.
You might want to read up on string theory too.
