D2X-W32 1.1.17: Negative network socket bug fixed

Downloaded the latest version, 1.1.17.0
I would assume that the problem is with the server as it occurrs during IPX Net Game Option Setup.
Still cannot select a negative socket (-3) when setting up options for a IPX Network game. I don't have a web page or I would post screen shots. I do not see an option for including a screen shot in a messge and paste does not work. The exact reading of the error I receive after hitting Enter is:
ERROR
Socket Value Out of Range
Setting Value to 0
OK
