Has to do with the anti-MS sentiment in that windows is a garbage system with what it does to PC's concerning privacy and security and the lack of ability to modify it. While I am not against there products {it is there choice} I am strongly against there license's and the fee's they charge.

Linux rules the Beast and the Beast has no clue.

No. Being that nobody knows what SP3 will consist of, it's just a haphazard lash-back at Microsoft.

But not unfounded.

SP2 caused as many problems as it solved for some folks. ... not all. Then again.. i don't have MP10 installed either. :P MS is too big and with that comes the usual Corporate product "oops!"-es. While Ms has made some good stuff and overall did a reasonable job of setting some PC standards, they have made thier share of Big corporate sized blunders. They also suffer from big corporate ego and use 1920 big business tactics to "gain ground".

Over all.. people in general ...not all ... are just tired of thier reteric. ... get it out now and fix it later ... blah blah blah.

nuff sed.

If that's the case then it's the blind leading the blind as Linux doesn't really have that much more of a clue either...
