six flags has a game like that. although i think its duke nukem and it sucks.

looks cool though. probably not too far off when we'll all be playing video games like that. could you imgine VR descent? i'd buy stock in a mop company if that ever came out.

i'd almost fergotten about this. man you are right Descent sure would be great in it.

you guys know you can kindof make your own cave system at home right? well not so much a cave, as a "window". all you need is headtracking, which can be done as simply as with a webcam.

Don't D1 and 2 support VR helmets? I think they do. The only trick is getting your hands on one (what are they, $1000 a pop?).

That would be cool with just about every modern PC game out there.

Yeah I remember a command that split up the screen for that purpose.

ya i tried playing D1 like that with teh command line.

it worked, i had to be crosseyed (ie: it was perceptually backwards, but whatever) and got a headache.
