Just come back from bringing her home from her forth party in as many days and she's now off to an evening beach BBQ. She's 12.
Daddy however is playing at lego with the 1.5 year old and having a sneaky peep at the DBB. I'm sure i was a kid not long ago....where the hell did all the years go????

Man to make matters worse ... I ache all the time. I work out in the gym 3 to 5 days a week and run as many times and my body just never seems to recover. When I was a kid I could do this 5 days a week and never even bat an eye.

Just thought of somthing else.
Getting old is realising that the elders that told you not to crack your fingers 'cause you'd suffer later on...? Were right.
Then you find yourself saying the same thing...to a brick wall.

you may console yourself with the fact that your children will expereince the same epiphany with their children.
