Maybe we should send in the french surrender infantry armed with super soakers and let them have fun.

Just a wild guess but sounds like he's on the wrong meds. Apparently he could use a little target practice as well.Libre Belgique newspaper reported that an agent who was "without a doubt under the influence of antidepressants" had discharged his weapon.
