I bought Silent Hunter III for myself but my dad was interested, so I installed it on his machine and he was hooked. He's become pretty damn good at it too. Other than that he hardly ever plays games except Kotor when we spent time together during winter break. That kicked ass.

I got my dad a book written by Gen. Tommy Franks; looked interesting and it was cheap. :P

My brother just read that one and really enjoyed it. :)

I got my dad a University of Delaware hat (why my family members keep wanting school gear for birthday/Christmas presents is beyond me :P). I think my brother topped that, though, with his gift of Dark Side of the Moon, which my dad still has lying around somewhere on vinyl. I just need to nab it long enough to rip it. ;)
