Im only looking at it this way in that it will bring the prices for the 6800 down. Besides the performance increase is what, %50? And the 6800 is already incredibly fast so it should be good for 3+ years if you bought it today.

wayyyyyy to expensive that card. The most id spend on one would be about $300. I would rather get an ATI Radeon X800 XT, or suttin in the X800 class.
