For some reasson when I right click on any of my start menus the option menu doesn't appear. There is only a flicker and that's it. I'm only able to get the properties menu at the top of my start menu. What gives? I can't arrange my program menu, edit, delete, drag or anything.

OS: Windows XP Pro

Anybody else have/had this? Any ideas on how to fix it?
