Watching a Move On.Org ad on T.V. and listening to certain liberal senators saying there will be a "War" over choosing the next S.C. justice. I find this attempt to vilify a "as of yet to be determined" person simply because Bush is going to nominate them as petty.
With the announced retirement of O'Connors and Reinquist's announcement looming and all the left of the aisle party hacks already foaming at the mouth over the possibility of Bush being able to choose two (and maybe three) Supreme Court Justices, I'm wondering if the Senate will finally be forced to opt for the nuclear option and ban fillibustering.

Heh, actually it might not be a bad idea to have new justices appointed, giving they will not run this country into the ground any worse then the latter have..
