IPX drivers for multiplayer.

When I run the game through kali and go to join an IPX game it says i need IPX drivers. What do i do?

Are you running Windows XP?
If so, you need to launch the game through Kali's games list, or it will not detect Kali's IPX emulation.

Do not forget to set the IPX Frametype to 802.3 instead of leaving it defaulted to Auto.

were do i go to set IPX frame type? I coulden't find it i settings.

Unless I'm badly mistaken, Kali doesn't care one iota what your IPX network settings are or even whether it's installed... at least not for me...

Actually you are mistaken when it comes to XP. just the fact that he stated that it says he needs the drivers he is probally on XP. 98/2k users can use kali's intergrated code (which bites the left one)but should install IPX for a more enjoyable online gameplay (like KAHN). Kali only uses it's half baked IPX driver if it see that you do not have one installed
