I must somehow learn to utilize this ability. Will come in handy when I'm playing video games and pretending to be visually focused on my wife when she's talking. In the future when I get married of course.

i admire that kid. far too many people with disabilities that give up and just sit on their lazy ass.....even if this guy plays video games blind, he still wants to go into video game design.

When looked at that way it certainly is an achievement, I'll grant that however to be fair, you don't really need good eyesight to be good at fighting games :p

In all seriousness, a blind guy may just be the thing to reinvigorate game design. After all, not being able to see means he won't get a hard-on over pretty pictures, a failing that all too common in gaming today.

One of our D2 pilots at the Rangers was legally blind I think it was ZIP. He played by sound.

Excellent player as he had a skill in being able to creep up behind you or set up a nasty ambush. Never underestimate him.

However other disabilities kicked in and he had to take a LOA.

Hey ZIP... hope you can return to the mines soon!
