From the Drudge Report
"ANTI-WAR PROTESTERS TARGET WOUNDED AT ARMY HOSPITAL
Wed Aug 2005 24 21:20:05 ET

Anti-war protestors besieged wounded and disabled soldiers at Walter Reed Hospital in Washington, D.C, a new web report will claim!

CNSNews.com is planning to run an expose on Thursday featuring interviews with both protestors and veterans, as well as shots of protest signs with slogans like â??Maimed for a Lie.â?

These people are misguided and counter productive to their own cause

let me reiterate that you can be anti war, but support the troops.

I'm sorry, but when i read this i chuckled because it reminded me of something Bill Hicks once said:
Bill Hicks wrote:I'm in the unenviable position of being for the war, but against the troops.

Yes, actually it is. In retrospect that's the biggest missed opportunity I can remmeber. Bigger than Clintons recent "If I had only known, I'd have got bin Ladden...'
But I'm not sure america would have had the stomach for what we would have suffered without a 9/11 to prop up their collective resolve. We'd probably just now be leaving there and the losses would have been enormous relative to what we've suffered so far.
