I'm surprised they aren't already in place... but yeah, China has always been like that, nothing new.

it's always interested in seeing how the top-down (;)) chinese culture deals with new tech. coz the tides of time bring all sorts of technological changes - and therefore cultural changes.
and china being such a closed system and all... it's intuiging.
