Hi, I'd like to recreate indika to look exactly like the first indika and have the same weapon spots but cant figure out how to use d3edit.

Not much anyone can directly do to help with that... but I would recommend trying tutorials, both the (short) one in-built into D3Edit and those at gameedit.net and PlanetDescent...
