About mission briefing editing

I am currently playing a great mission that is spoiled for me by all the spelling mistakes in the briefings. I find it spoils the professionalism of the mission, no matter how good it is. Yes, I know I'm a spelling nazi, but it REALLY BUGS me!
I have a copy of dle-xp and hamm97, but where do I find the briefings in a mission file? I would like to fix them for my own satisfaction.

Briefings are stored in .txb files. Check "show all files" in dle-xp's mission manager to see them. You will need a briefing editor though to edit the .txb files.
Bad spelling/grammar/expression in briefings make my toe nails cringe.

DTX2 can extract the .txb file/s from the HOG file. Edit with the appropriate program. Then use DTX2 to save/ overwrite the .txb file/s to the HOG file.
EDIT:
Or you can do what Diedel said!
EDIT #2:
Never mind...

Bad spelling in the briefings ... is ... well, really bad form... made worse because it's made public.
... and really takes away from the author's credibility.

Bad grammar as well as spelling drives me INSANE!!! It really takes away from the seriousness of the mission that the author is trying to create.

Yes. Really spoils the professionality (if there is such a word

) of the mission, as well as the seriousness.

There is professionalism, and it means the same thing.
But I agree. If the spelling is bad, it taints the whole thing; if the levels are also mediocre, I'm not going to play it.
