In storage facility, You go through a maze to get to the prisoner's cells. Ther are blocks and static fields in front of the cells. Ther are 4 levers on the inside walls. I have diable all of them, but still have static shields. How do you get to prisoner cells, and what do the 4 levers, which only stau disabled for about 15 seconds, what are they for?

you have to toggle all of those switches within those 15 seconds.
