I liked the story of the convicted stripper claiming self-defense after stabbing her husband 193 times. OK!

I can't say that I've ever lost control of a car while that kind of "performance" was taking place.

Not defending her or anything, but what kind of reasoning is this from the prosecution? lol"His pants could have been down because he was mooning a car he was drag racing (search)," Platt said. "His pants could have been down because he was urinating out of a window. His pants could have been down because he wasn't feeling well."
If he was the driver of the car all of those hypotheticals would be pretty damn hard to accomplish while behind the wheel, while it is highly more likely that he could be receiving a BJ while driving. Stupid lawyers

Except part of the defense is that she wasn't driving. The prosecution is trying to prove that she was.
