I was just wondering, if you had to guess what percent of computer users would fit into these categories, what would it be:
Gamer %?
Internet %?
Office %?
Programming %?
CAD %?
ex. 100 computer users: 80% Gamers, 99% Internet, 80% Office, 2% Programming and, 1% CAD
Also, if you find a realiable source containing this info thats online, please link to it.

Programming != CAD, I would list them separately.

and computer = personal desktop computer?

ps: agressor your percentages are off, they make WAY more than %100

i'd guess in my country (australia):

Gamer %35
Internet %60
Office %30
Programming %3
CAD %1

total %100

i say this because most of the computers i have to work on are used for nothing more than internet by older people who have no interest in games. then again, if these people have kids, then you'd better believe that pc is used for games-a-plenty.
i estimated the amount of pcs that are used in offices.

I'd say

Internet surfing: 60%
e-mail: 90%
2D games: 40%
3D games: 20%
Office apps: 99%
web authoring: 20%
Programming (C++ etc.): 10%
CAD: <1%
