I've seen this before. This dude is obviously mentally ill to be able to spend enough time to master a game like Tetris.

Why doesn't that guy just go and learn how to play the piano instead of some stupid video game? He obviously has the capacity for quick hand movements.

Who says he doesn't already play music? or anything else for that matter that would make use of his extreme hand/eye coordination. You're just basing your opinions from what you've seen from this ONE clip rather then examing his whole life.
If you've seen these guys play mini-ping pong and normal ping pong the way they do it shouldn't be any surprise that a guy can have quick hands with a arcade.
